After completing a degree in Information Management & Sociology at QUB, Brenda worked in Retail Management for a short period of time before undertaking the role of Development Officer with Dairy Farm Training in 1996. Brenda then progressed to a management role overseeing various DEL funded programmes until Sept 2001 when Brenda became part of a Management Buy Out Team and became Director. Brenda currently co-ordinates corporate training, early years training and manages the Progress to Work programme for the organisation.
